At Fashion & Also, your satisfaction isn't merely important—it’s essential. Each garment we craft embodies meticulous care, and we ensure the same care extends to your experience with us. Should you need to return or exchange a product, kindly review our guidelines carefully.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

Please notify us of any issues within 7 days from the date of delivery (inclusive). Prompt communication helps us serve you swiftly and effectively.

Exchanges Due to Size or Product Issue

If you've received an incorrect product or face a size issue, you can initiate an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll gladly replace your product with the correct item or preferred size at no extra shipping cost—arranging a seamless reverse pickup for you.

If you select a replacement product of higher value, you’ll simply pay the price difference online prior to shipment.

All returned products must have the original tags intact, be neatly folded, and properly packed to avoid damage during transit. Exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are provided exclusively for genuine cases involving defective products or incorrect deliveries. In such instances, kindly reach out to us at support@fashionandalso.com detailing the issue, your order information, and clear photographs showcasing the defect. We promise prompt attention and resolution.

In exceptional circumstances where we accept returns for reasons other than defects or delivery errors, a fee of ₹100 will be deducted to cover the rising logistics costs incurred by reverse pickups.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or directly to the bank account details you provide.

Important Notes:

  • Slight variations in the colour or design of garments compared to images on our website, social media, or ads are natural and not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Products used or washed even once cannot be accepted for exchanges or refunds.

  • Products bought during sales or using discount codes are ineligible for refunds.

  • Size issues qualify for a free exchange but not a refund.

  • Damaged packages should be refused at the time of delivery to avoid complications.

  • After careful verification, if a defect arises due to misuse or improper handling on your part, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if products don’t meet our stated guidelines.
